2. Purpose
These general conditions of sale govern the online sale of entrance tickets, annual subscriptions, combined packs and gift cards offered by the Jardin de Valombre on its website.
3. Offered products
Admission tickets: valid for 3 months from the date of purchase, without prior reservation of a day or time.
Yearly subscriptions: valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, for unlimited entry to the park according to the opening conditions.
Nature pack: combined ticket including one entry to the Valombre botanical garden and one admission to the Guadeloupe Zoo (valid for 3 months).
Gift cards: usable for the purchase of entrance tickets to the Guadeloupe Zoo, valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
The applicable rates are those displayed on the site at the time of the order.
4. Order and validation
Orders are made exclusively online via the official website of the Valombre Botanical Garden.
The order is confirmed after receipt of payment and the sending of a confirmation email with the tickets in electronic format.
This email is the proof of purchase and must be presented at the entrance of the park (printed or on smartphone).
5. Rates and terms of payment
Prices are indicated in euros and all taxes included (TTC).
Accepted payment methods: bank card (Visa, Mastercard), Connect holiday vouchers.
Payment is due immediately upon order.
6. Ticket delivery
Tickets, subscriptions, packs and gift cards are sent by email in the form of downloadable e-tickets.
No postal delivery is planned.
7. No right of withdrawal — Cancellation/Refund
In accordance with article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, leisure activities services provided on a specific date or at a specific frequency do not benefit from the right of withdrawal.
Thus, tickets, subscriptions, packs and gift cards are not taken back, exchanged or refunded, even in the event of loss or theft.
In the event of an exceptional closure of the park due to force majeure (major weather, cyclone, etc.), the Valombre Botanical Garden may offer a deferral solution or a credit note, at its sole discretion.
8. Terms of use
Each ticket is nominative and valid for one person only.
Any reproduction, modification or fraudulent use of a ticket is prohibited.
Le Jardin de Valombre reserves the right to refuse access to anyone presenting a falsified or non-compliant ticket.
9. Responsibility
Le Jardin de Valombre cannot be held responsible for losses, thefts, damages or incidents that occur outside its perimeter of responsibility.

11. Protection of personal data
The information collected during the order is necessary for the management of purchases. They can be used for information and communication purposes (newsletter) if the customer has consented to it.

12. Applicable law and dispute resolution
These terms and conditions are subject to French law.
In the event of a dispute, and in the absence of an amicable agreement, jurisdiction is attributed to the courts of Basse-Terre.
The customer has the possibility of using a consumer mediator free of charge, in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code.
